Join us on the Turf Field for De-Stress & Reset Yoga, a calming, all-levels flow designed specifically for students preparing for finals. This class will focus on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and hips (hello, study posture üë©‍üíªüìö), while incorporating mindful breathing techniques to help quiet your mind and improve focus.

Whether you’ve been studying nonstop or just need a mental break, this session will help you:
