The Lion Walk is a spirited campus tradition where faculty, staff, current students, and the community line the walkway from the Victory Bell to the Rayburn Student Center to cheer on and welcome new Lions. Led by the band, spirit teams, and student leaders, this high-energy event celebrates the start of the academic year and fosters a strong sense of school pride and belonging. Each new Lion receives their very own handheld Victory Bell to ring proudly as they make their walk, symbolizing the start of their journey at ETAMU.
